ROLE PURPOSE

As a Merchandiser Learner, you will assist in keeping shelves fully stocked, products neatly displayed, and pricing accurate while ensuring customers receive excellent service in-store.

MAIN DUTIES

• Monitor and record stock levels
• Unpack and organize products
• Create attractive product displays
• Assist with store layout planning
• Ensure products are correctly priced
• Remove damaged or expired products
• Maintain neat product presentation
• Support visual merchandising activities
• Work alongside sales and marketing teams
• Assist customers with product information
• Handle customer questions and complaints
• Maintain cleanliness in the store and storeroom

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• South African citizen
• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Between 18 and 35 years old
• Able to communicate in English
• Must live within 15km of Waterfall, Midrand
• Clear criminal record
• Own a smartphone
• Valid South African ID
• SARS Letter
• Bank Confirmation Letter
• Must be willing to use a Vodacom SIM card if selected
