About the Role
As a Part-Time Sales Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the store operates efficiently. Your responsibilities will include assisting shoppers, promoting products, processing sales, replenishing stock, and maintaining high merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional assistance.

Delivering outstanding customer service at all times.

Promoting products and driving sales opportunities.

Informing customers about promotions and special offers.

Operating the cash register and processing payments accurately.

Handling customer enquiries and resolving concerns professionally.

Assisting with stock ordering, receiving, and replenishment.

Organising merchandise and maintaining attractive product displays.

Keeping the store clean, neat, and well organised.

Minimising stock losses by following company security procedures.

Ensuring products are correctly displayed and readily available.

Staying informed about new products and promotional campaigns.

Working with the store team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric).

Clear criminal record.
-
Ability to travel to work within 15 km of Kempton Park.

Honesty and integrity, especially when handling cash transactions.
