Position Overview
Cotton On is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join its team at Menlyn Park in Pretoria, Gauteng.
The successful candidate will represent the Cotton On brand while creating positive and memorable shopping experiences for customers. The role will involve assisting customers, supporting sales activities, maintaining product presentation and contributing to the overall performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Welcome customers into the store and provide friendly, professional and helpful assistance throughout their shopping experience.
Product Assistance: Help customers locate suitable products and provide guidance when selecting clothing or other merchandise based on their needs and preferences.
Brand Representation: Represent Cotton On professionally and maintain a positive image of the brand when interacting with customers and colleagues.
Product Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of available merchandise, product features and current fashion trends to provide customers with informed assistance.
Stock Replenishment: Monitor merchandise on the shop floor and replenish products when necessary to maintain product availability.
Merchandising: Assist with product displays and ensure merchandise is presented neatly, attractively and according to store standards.
Store Presentation: Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment that is ready for customers throughout the trading day.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive and productive store environment.
Sales Performance: Assist the store in achieving sales targets and other performance objectives by providing excellent service and supporting sales activities.
