Clicks Group is hiring skilled Barbers to join the Sorbet MAN team. This role is perfect for professionals who are passionate about modern grooming, stay updated with trends, and take pride in delivering high-quality client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide professional barbering and male grooming services
– Perform precision haircuts using scissors and clippers
– Apply advanced fading techniques and creative designs
– Offer beard grooming, shaping, and specialised treatments
– Conduct hot towel and clipper shaves
– Perform hair colouring (semi, demi, and permanent)
– Deliver KST (Brazilian) treatments for beard and scalp care
– Carry out facial grooming such as threading and waxing
– Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards
– Build strong relationships through excellent customer service
Requirements & Skills
– Minimum 2 years’ barbering experience
– Relevant Trade Test in Male Grooming
– Strong attention to detail and knowledge of grooming trends
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Professional appearance and conduct
