Overview
The Foschini Group (TFG) is inviting young South Africans to apply for the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme. This initiative provides valuable first-time work experience in a dynamic retail environment across various provinces.
The programme is designed to equip participants with practical retail skills, workplace exposure, and professional development over a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:

Be between 18 and 28 years old

Have a Matric certificate (preferred)

Be available for the full 12-month contract

Not have permanent work experience exceeding one continuous year

Not be studying full-time during the programme period

Not have participated in the YES Programme before

Be responsible for their own transport and accommodation (if required)
