ABOUT THE POSITION
This role falls under government infrastructure security. Successful candidates will be responsible for safeguarding National Key Points, controlling access, and ensuring safety compliance at designated facilities.
The job involves shift work and includes surveillance, monitoring, access control, and responding to security-related incidents.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
- NQF Level 4 (Matric or equivalent)
- PSIRA Grade A registration
- National Key Point training
- Firearm competency certificate
- Knowledge of the National Key Point Act and related legislation
- Understanding of security procedures and risk management
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage conflict and respond to incidents professionally
