Engaging with current Sage customers over the phone is the role’s main goal. Assist our clients with any lingering problems and help them comprehend the contact path. The customer care representative will also help customers, partners, and accountants with a variety of issues pertaining to the product and other administrative domains. solving issues by interaction with internal Sage operations, which improves comprehension of the overall picture and how Sage operates.
Conditions:
-A matriculation certificate for Grade 12
