Your Position:

Keep an eye on calls and make sure agents are following the script and the rules.
Highlight warning signs and suggest fixes.
Evaluate grievances and offer remedies.
Collaborate closely with the operations and training teams to resolve and avoid problems.
Maintain clear, concise, and actionable documentation.

Essentials:

Matric is required; tertiary education is desirable.
Two or more years of quality assurance experience at a call center with over 100 agents (debt collections are a huge benefit)
Understanding of DCA, NCA, and POPIA
skill with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent teamwork, feedback, and analytical abilities
