The learnership program provides a special chance to work with a Gauteng e-waste company, where you will be mentored by professionals in the field and gain practical training. In order to prepare you for a prosperous career in e-waste management, this program seeks to enhance your technical and soft abilities.

Conditions:
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements in order to be accepted for this learnership program:
-Age range: 18–35 years old.
-A Matric (Grade 12) diploma in mathematics or math literacy and science is required.
-It must come from a less fortunate background.
-must not be enrolled in any other learnership or educational program and be unemployed at the moment.
-must have a valid ID and be a citizen of South Africa.
-Be a resident of the province of Gauteng (proof of residence necessary).
-rudimentary computer literacy and strong written and vocal communication abilities.
-self-driven, willing to learn, and capable of working effectively in a group setting.
