Young people without prior work experience can learn the fundamentals of working in a retail setting through this skills program.

After completing four weeks of in-store practical training and three weeks of theory, successful participants are awarded a NQF level 2 certificate and stand a chance to be absorbed as permanent employees.

MINIMUM DEMANDS

Although matriculation is beneficial, a South African Grade 10 pass or its equivalent OR a qualification from the Retail Readiness Program (RRP)
