Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the Festive Retail Assistant role is to provide exceptional customer service and assist with store operations during peak trading periods. You will help customers find products, restock shelves, manage stock displays, and contribute to the smooth running of the store.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate is required.
