Over the course of a year, our learnership program will expose you to the Home Loan Sales and Service Enablement domains. Successful applicants should pledge to finish all of the coursework and on-the-job training.

Conditions:

-The ideal candidate will be between the ages of 18 and 30.
-The applicant must be a citizen or permanent resident of South Africa.
-An NQF level 7 qualification in business, commerce, or management studies, or an equivalent degree
-The applicant must speak English fluently and not be employed.
-The applicant must not be enrolled in any other learning program at the time of application, nor be enrolled in any other courses -of study at the time of application.
-The ideal candidate is computer literate.
-The candidate should be self-motivated and a team player.
-The ideal candidate will be adaptable and show a desire to work and learn.

As a student, you will have to show that:

-Outstanding problem-solving abilities and strong customer service capabilities
-Organizational skills: focus on follow-up and pay close attention to details.
-Additionally, the ability to listen and communicate effectively must be demonstrated, as well as the capacity to work well in a team.
-Exhibit a high degree of civility and professionalism. These people ought to function effectively under duress.
-A self-starter with an active mindset
