Through the learnership, people will be able to receive cross-training so they may work at a retail establishment on both the sales floor and the service desk. One of the main areas of concentration will be dealing with customers and stock. You must be dedicated to studying and filling out logbooks, be ready for tests, and be deemed competent as a cross-trained sales consultant in order to succeed in this role.

Duties:

-Put in at least 120 hours of work.
-Acquire knowledge and get ready for tests.
-To help customers locate products
-Using the MBP principles for store merchandising
-Purchases and payments made through the POS system
-Creating new accounts
-Preserving or managing stock losses
-Developing connections with clients
-Preserving the safety and security of customers
