Your goal as a Nike Store Athlete (Sales Associate) will be to provide a first-rate customer experience by showcasing your ability to understand each customer’s unique needs and offering a comprehensive solution through Nike goods and services to give customers what they need to connect, train, and compete with the know-how to reach their objectives.

Duties

-Connect consumers with the appropriate product and increase sales by utilizing your product knowledge, fundamental sales techniques, and customer service abilities.
-Create a stronger connection between the customer and the brand by offering exceptional customer service and modifying brand narratives for the retail environment.
-Keep up-to-date knowledge of the various retail areas and be ready to handle routine cash register operations, shipping and receiving, floor stocking, cleaning, and, if needed, creating visual displays.

-Help managers, senior colleagues, and leads train entry-level employees.
-Help with attempts to prevent losses by offering proactive customer service.
-It is preferred to have at least one year of retail and/or customer service experience.
Proven enthusiasm for the Nike brand
-able to carry out addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, among other fundamental mathematical operations
Capable of communicating in English (or another appropriate language) both orally and in writing
-able to complete several duties in a fast-paced setting, collaborate well with others in a team-oriented setting, and deliver first-rate customer service
