Conditions:

-Not be employed.
-must not be registered in any learnership program or enrolled in any institution for a qualification.
-must not possess a post-matriculation qualification that has been completed.
-A Matric (Grade 12) degree in English and mathematics literacy is required, with a minimum of Level 4 in EVERY subject.
-The SAQA/NLRD verification report, which can be found on the SAQA website, must be submitted or attached.
-must have a valid South African ID and be a citizen of South Africa.
-According to NSDSIII, applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35.

For those who are disabled (PWDS)

Since this is a learnership, applicants who are deaf or hard of hearing should be able to pay for their own interpreters. Additionally, they should be able to hear and communicate. A signed ITRDD13 by a registered medical professional or a doctor’s certificate or report proving their disability must be included with the application.
