Those interested in applying for a Wholesale & Retail SETA Funded Learnership are invited by Pepkor Lifestyle. For a 12-month Wholesale & Retail SETA-funded Learnership, we are seeking young, energetic, and driven individuals.

The following topics will be covered during the 12-month learnership in-store:

-On the shop floor, assist customers (customer service)
-Marketing, merchandise, and display maintenance
-Basics of the English language
-Basics of mathematics
-Using the POS system to record transactions and process payments, comprehending the wholesale and retail landscape, and -opening new accounts
-Preserving and managing stock losses

Conditions:

-possess a Senior Certificate or Grade 12 diploma (Matric or equivalent).
-Have no criminal history and be a citizen of South Africa.
-Both those with and without disabilities are eligible to apply.

Proficiency & Abilities:

-Possess a strong “can do” mindset.
-Focused on customer service
-English-speaking and highly driven
-Willingness to learn how to solve problems
-Flexibility
