What You’ll Do in This Role
As a frontline team member, you’ll be the face of our brands and the first point of contact for customers in our stores. Your daily role is key to creating an outstanding shopping experience and keeping our stores running smoothly.
Here’s what you can expect to do:

Welcome customers with energy and enthusiasm – make them feel seen, heard, and valued as soon as they walk in.

Assist with product knowledge – help shoppers find what they need, make style recommendations, and offer expert advice on fit, fashion, and function.

Maintain the brand’s visual identity – ensure the store looks tidy, organized, and aligned with current campaigns and product displays.

Operate tills and process sales transactions accurately – from payments and returns to gift card activations, you’ll handle it all professionally and efficiently.

Support back-of-house operations – help receive and unpack deliveries, restock shelves, and manage inventory in line with store protocols.

Work as part of a driven team – collaborate with colleagues to meet daily sales targets and deliver outstanding service.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:

Education: Minimum Grade 10; however, Grade 12 (Matric) is preferred.

Customer Service Skills: You enjoy working with people and have a natural talent for communication and problem-solving.

Team Player: You thrive in a team environment and are always willing to support your colleagues.

Positive Attitude: You’re enthusiastic, motivated, and always willing to learn something new.

Work Flexibility: You are available to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods (like December).

Eligibility: You must be a South African citizen or have a valid work permit.

Criminal Record: You must have a clear criminal record.
Previous retail experience is a plus, but not a requirement. What matters most is your eagerness to learn, your professionalism, and your commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
