Role Objective: To provide excellent customer service through effective customer service, point-of-sale (POS) operations, and merchandising in a setting that results in a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

in order to quickly and effectively complete all operational tasks at the point of sale.
to uphold the highest standards of accuracy when scanning goods, collecting money for them, and processing clubcard benefits.
to guarantee that money is always handled safely.
In order to meet the clubcard participation goals, it is necessary to actively market the Clicks’ clubcard and sign up new members.

in order to finish all operational duties at the point of sale efficiently and promptly.
to maintain the greatest levels of precision when processing clubcard benefits, scanning products, and collecting payment for them.
to ensure the safe handling of funds at all times.
It is essential to actively promote the Clicks’ clubcard and recruit new members in order to reach the clubcard participation targets.

 

Requirements:

• Essential: Grade 12
• Desirable: Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level
