Programme Structure
1. Theoretical Learning
Participants will complete structured learning in key areas designed to build strong business and communication capabilities:

Basic Computer Literacy
2. Practical On-the-Job Training
Learners will actively participate in daily operations and support activities within their assigned departments. Responsibilities may include:

Delivering administrative and learner support services
-
Conducting awareness initiatives and presenting findings
-
Monitoring individual progress of clients against set objectives
-
Assisting with event coordination involving external partners and site representatives
-
Facilitating communication between employees, external service providers, and Sasol’s Wellbeing Team
-
Supporting strategic planning processes and drafting annual wellbeing strategies
-
Managing staff engagement initiatives and wellness survey administration
-
Cooperating with departments such as HR, IT, and executive leadership
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Education:
-
Compulsory: National Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12)

Advantageous: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field
Experience:
-
No more than one year of relevant work experience
-
Any prior experience in mentoring or coaching will be an advantage
