Overview

Programme Structure
The learnership includes two main components:

Classroom-Based Training: Covers essential knowledge aligned to an NQF Level 3 Learnership qualification.

On-the-Job Training: Involves hands-on exposure to professional tanker driving, fuel distribution operations, and compliance with transport safety standards.
During the programme, learners will receive support to obtain the following:

Code 14 Driver’s Licence

Dangerous Goods Certification
-
Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
Minimum Entry Requirements

Education: Matric / Grade 12
-
Driver’s Licence: Valid Code 10 licence (Code 14 is beneficial)

Experience: No prior experience required

Other: Willingness to commit to full training, both theoretical and practical
Key Responsibilities

Actively take part in all aspects of the Sasol learnership programme

Complete all assessments, workshops, and evaluations successfully

Engage in professional driving simulations and real-world fuel delivery operations

Participate in workplace-readiness sessions and development exercises
