Overview of the Role

The Provisioning Administration Clerk plays a key administrative role within the Logistics and Acquisition Management unit. Key Responsibilities

1. Asset Management Support

3. Logistical and Administrative Support

  • Assist with event and meeting logistics when required.

  • File and archive documents in line with departmental record-keeping policies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).

  • No prior work experience required; however, administrative experience will be an advantage.

  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

  • South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years.

  • Must have no criminal record.

  • Strong willingness to learn and grow within the public service environment.
