Key Performance Areas / Core Duties

Load cards and necessary consumables onto printing machines.

Assist students with registration and access-related enquiries, providing friendly and accurate guidance.

Manage student queues and control the flow of attendees to ensure fast, organized service.

Record and categorize information for staff and students on the Babylon operational system.

Check and verify authenticity of university documents submitted by students.

Distribute safety information pamphlets and educational resources where necessary.

Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment, including hardware and printing consumables relevant to ID card production.

Support the daily execution of Campus Protection Services operational plans.

Uphold university policies, confidentiality standards, and professional service behavior.
