Job Overview
Pick n Pay is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to fill Shelf Packer positions within its retail stores. The successful candidates will play an important role in ensuring that store shelves are fully stocked, well-organised, and visually appealing to enhance the customer shopping experience.
In this role, Shelf Packers will assist customers with product enquiries, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and support overall store operations. The position requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Stock shelves and bins in accordance with company standards and merchandising guidelines

Respond to customer enquiries by locating products, offering assistance, and providing product information

Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and cleanliness standards on the sales floor and in the warehouse

Unpack, stack, and store stock in a safe, orderly, and efficient manner

Complete assigned tasks promptly while maintaining accuracy and quality

Demonstrate initiative by seeking opportunities for personal development and continuous improvement

Work flexible shifts as required by store operational needs
