About the Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

ABET Level 4 or an equivalent qualification

Key Responsibilities

Carry out minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs

Conduct building inspections and report issues to supervisors

Log maintenance requests and assist with repair scheduling

Assist with installations requiring wall mounting

Repair faulty or damaged equipment

Safely store and maintain maintenance tools and equipment

Conduct monthly stock checks of maintenance materials

Perform regular OHS inspections and report findings

Assist with ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations

Monitor contractors on site to ensure proper standards are followed
