Job Summary

A Petrol Attendant is responsible for providing fuel services to customers at a petrol station. This includes refueling vehicles, providing basic vehicle checks, processing payments, and delivering excellent customer service. The role may also involve light cleaning duties and stock control within the station’s convenience store (if applicable).

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Refuel vehicles accurately and safely.

• Check oil, water, tire pressure, and other basic vehicle needs if requested.

• Clean windshields and windows.

• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to handle cash, card, and digital payments.

• Issue receipts

• Basic math and cash-handling skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
