-Contribute to the reliability and fairness of the examination outcome.
Data Capturing
-Input examination results, candidate details, and marking statistics into computer systems.
-Maintain accuracy and attention to detail to avoid discrepancies between actual marks and records.

Sorting and Packing of Scripts/Portfolios
-Organize scripts according to subjects, centres, and batches.
-Prepare scripts for dispatch to marking and moderation centres.

Removing Scripts/Portfolios from Marking/Moderation Centres
-Collect and deliver examination scripts to designated officials or storage areas.
-Maintain a chain of custody by following all sign-in and sign-out procedures.
-Handle materials with strict confidentiality, recognizing the sensitivity of the documents.
Additional Duties as Assigned by the Administrative Manager
-Support general administrative tasks required in the running of examinations.
-Assist with record-keeping, filling, and photocopying where necessary.
-Provide logistical support such as preparing stationery, organizing work areas, and assisting exam officials with operational t-asks.
-Remain flexible and prepared to take on other tasks that may arise during busy examination cycles.

-Applicants must be second-, third-, or fourth-year students currently studying at a recognized tertiary institution (Colleges, Universities of Technology, or Universities).
-Preference will be given to third-year teaching students, as their studies align closely with the field of education and examination administration.
Consideration for Unemployed Matriculants
-Unemployed individuals who have completed matric are also welcome to apply.
-However, they will only be considered and utilised when the need arises, as the program prioritizes university and college students.
