🧾 Minimum Requirements

Before applying, ensure you meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: 18 to 28 years old

• Education:

  • Minimum: Grade 10

  • Preferred: Grade 12 (Matric)

• Work Experience:

  • Must not have been in continuous full-time employment with a single employer for more than 12 months

• Study Status:

  • Must not be enrolled in full-time studies during the learnership period (April 2023 – March 2024)

• YES Program:

  • Must not have previously participated in or been registered with the Youth Employment Service (YES) program

• Commitment:

  • Must be available and willing to commit to the full 12-month duration

• Logistics:

  • Accommodation and transportation must be arranged by the applicant
