Job Description: Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrator to join our team and provide efficient, high-quality administrative support across our functional area. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
-Deliver precise and timely administrative assistance to support team operations.
-Maintain, update, and organize records and documentation in line with governance requirements.
-Prepare accurate reports and management information as needed.
-Ensure compliance with relevant policies, audit standards, and legislative requirements.
Customer Service:
-Provide exceptional service by resolving queries effectively and within agreed timeframes.
-Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
-Use feedback mechanisms to drive continual service improvements.
Financial & Cost Management:
-Operate within approved budget parameters.
-Monitor, track, and report on cost variances.
-Identify opportunities for cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
Personal Development:
-Take ownership of personal growth by participating in learning and development opportunities.
-Stay updated with industry best practices and internal process changes.
-Seek out opportunities for career progression and skill enhancement.
Minimum Requirements
-Education: Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
-Experience:
-Minimum 1 year in an administrative or similar role.
-Experience in a call centre or customer service environment is required.
-Claims administration experience is advantageous.
