About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Total Sports, you’ll play a crucial part in delivering outstanding shopping experiences. You’ll be the face of the brand, engaging with customers, supporting store operations, and helping to drive sales by offering expert advice and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
-Customer Engagement: Welcome, assist, and connect with customers to understand their needs and deliver personalized service.
-Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
-Product Knowledge: Stay updated on current sportswear, fashion, and footwear trends to confidently advise and assist customers.
-Merchandising & Stock Management: Restock shelves, maintain store presentation, and ensure displays are clean, organized, and appealing.
-Problem-Solving: Handle customer queries, concerns, and returns professionally and promptly.
-Team Collaboration: Work closely with store teammates to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
-Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and retail standards at all times.
Minimum Requirements
-Education:
-Grade 12 / Matric certificate (required)
Experience:
Retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory (training is provided)
