Jet Stores, a leading fashion and lifestyle retailer within The Foschini Group (TFG), is seeking dedicated, energetic, and customer-oriented Sales Associates to join their retail teams across South Africa. This role presents a valuable opportunity to work with one of the country’s most trusted and beloved retail brands, known for quality, affordability, and community impact.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, achieving individual and store sales targets, and upholding the Jet brand reputation. You will assist customers in finding the best products to suit their needs while ensuring that the store environment remains well-organized, visually appealing, and aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-store customer service while representing the Jet brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products to enhance satisfaction and drive sales.

• Support sales growth by consistently contributing towards personal and store performance goals.

• Stay informed about current fashion trends, décor styles, and promotional activities to confidently engage customers.

• Maintain store presentation through effective stock replenishment, organization, and merchandising.

• Assist with promotional setups, visual displays, and seasonal campaigns to optimize sales opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification (compulsory)

• Prior retail experience is beneficial, but not a requirement

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for customer service, sales, and the retail fashion environment

• Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and manage time effectively

• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working both independently and within a team

• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
