The programme offers participants the opportunity to work across BMW’s major business areas, including the Rosslyn Manufacturing Plant, BMW Financial Services, the National Sales Company, and the BMW IT Hub. Programme Description
At BMW Group South Africa, excellence is driven by innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning. Graduates selected for the 2026 intake will gain hands-on exposure to industry-leading projects, receive mentorship from experienced leaders, and collaborate across departments to develop advanced professional and leadership skills.
The programme is targeted at graduates completing their studies in 2025 or candidates who have completed their qualifications within the past 18 months and are currently unemployed. Successful candidates will be placed within key BMW divisions in Gauteng: Midrand, Rosslyn, or Menlyn.
