Position 1: Cashier
Key Responsibilities

Process customer purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system

Handle cash, card, and other payment methods

Provide friendly and professional customer service

Resolve customer queries at the checkout point

Maintain a clean and organised checkout area

Balance cash drawers and follow store cash-handling procedures
Requirements
-
Grade 12 / Matric certificate
-
Basic numeracy and communication skills

Customer service experience will be an advantage

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Position 2: Shelf Packer
Key Responsibilities

Pack and arrange products neatly on shelves

Ensure shelves are fully stocked and organised

Check product expiry dates and remove damaged goods
-
Assist with stock rotation and inventory management

Keep aisles clean and safe for customers

Support customers in locating products in-store
Requirements
-
Grade 10–12 or equivalent qualification
-
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and packing stock
