1. Waiters / Waitresses
Key Responsibilities:
-Warmly welcome and seat guests upon arrival
-Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen
-Serve food and beverages professionally, with a smile
-Check in on guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals
-Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas throughout the shift
Ideal Candidate:
You’re a friendly communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments. If you love meeting new people and creating positive dining experiences, this role is for you.
2. Delivery Drivers
Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure timely and safe delivery of food orders to customers
-Handle payments and provide receipts accurately
-Keep the delivery vehicle clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy
-Represent Pedros positively when interacting with customers and the public
Requirements:
-A valid driver’s license (motorbike or car, depending on location)
-Excellent knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
-Strong time management and reliability
Ideal Candidate:
You enjoy being on the road and take pride in punctual service. You’re responsible, self-motivated, and always greet customers with professionalism and positivity.
3. Grillers
Key Responsibilities:
-Grill chicken and other menu items according to Pedros’ standards
-Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols
-Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food preparation
-Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for peak times
Ideal Candidate:
You love being part of a high-energy kitchen team and have a passion for great food. You take pride in your work, are detail-oriented, and work well under pressure.
4. Hostesses
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet guests warmly and manage the seating flow
-Take reservations and coordinate with the waitstaff
-Keep the entrance and waiting area clean and inviting
-Be the first and last impression for customers — always with a smile!

5. Cleaners
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and common spaces
-Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages promptly
-Ensure high hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
-Support the team by keeping work areas neat and hazard-free
Ideal Candidate:
You’re detail-oriented and take pride in making spaces spotless. If you enjoy staying busy, working behind the scenes, and being part of a well-oiled team, this is your chance.
Minimum Requirements
To apply for any of the above positions, please ensure you meet the following minimum criteria:
-Education: Completed Grade 10 to Grade 12
-Skills:
Good communication (verbal and written)
-Dependable and punctual
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
-Experience: Not required! While previous experience in similar roles is a plus, it is not essential. We provide full training for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and potential.
