  • Work Experience: Must have less than 12 months of total work experience (including part-time or informal jobs)

  • Past Programmes: Should not have previously participated in any FirstRand, FNB Learnership, or FirstJob initiative

  • Language: Proficient in English (spoken and written)

  • Criminal History: No criminal record or credit blacklisting

  • Availability: Willing and able to complete both the academic and on-the-job training components
