Community Advisors play a key role in customer service, sales support, and financial education, while representing the trusted FNB brand in local communities. This position is ideal for candidates seeking banking experience, retail finance exposure, and career growth.

Minimum Requirements

• South African citizen

• Matric / Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or higher

• Willing and able to work retail shifts

• Confident in customer engagement and communication

• 1–2 years experience in customer service or client support

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
