The Fix is seeking enthusiastic, fashion-forward individuals to join its retail team as Fashion Consultants. As a Fashion Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering memorable shopping experiences while driving store performance and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Brand Representation

Act as a brand ambassador by consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with The Fix brand values.
Customer Engagement

Identify customer needs and provide personalized fashion advice and styling solutions that exceed expectations.
Sales & Performance

Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer engagement.

Actively seek opportunities to increase sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Product Knowledge

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current fashion and décor trends to confidently advise customers.
Store Operations

Assist with stock replenishment and ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized at all times.
Minimum Requirements

Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric)
