Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Delivering excellent customer service by assisting customers and recommending suitable products

• Promoting sales, special offers, and contributing to store sales targets

• Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately and honestly

• Receiving, organising, and maintaining stock levels

• Ensuring the store is clean, safe, and well presented in line with company standards

• Working collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient and cost-effective store environment

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Matric certificate

• Clear criminal record

• Reside within 15km of the store location

• Proficiency in English and/or Afrikaans

• Basic computer literacy

• A genuine interest in retail and customer service

Preferred Experience

The following will be advantageous:

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Cashier, or in a similar retail role

• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
