Sportscene, South Africa’s leading streetwear retailer, is seeking driven and enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join its team in 2025. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about youth fashion, customer engagement, and sales performance, and who wish to represent a brand at the forefront of streetwear culture.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Representing the Sportscene brand by delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a brand ambassador

Identifying customer needs and offering personalised solutions to enhance the shopping experience

Consistently achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets
-
Promoting Sportscene’s product range while remaining informed about current and emerging streetwear trends
-
Actively identifying opportunities to drive additional sales

Assisting with stock replenishment and ensuring visual merchandising standards are maintained

Ensuring the store is always customer-ready and operationally efficient
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:

Matric certificate (essential)

A strong passion for retail and customer service

A sales-driven mindset with a commitment to service excellence

A proactive, hands-on approach and strong work ethic

Ability to take initiative and deliver measurable results

Previous experience representing a reputable brand (advantageous)

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail environment

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and variable shifts in line with operational requirements
Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in accordance with the Employment Equity Act.
