Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and office support services

Manage enquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars

Organise meetings, record minutes, and prepare meeting documentation

Arrange conference venues, travel bookings, and accommodation

Assist in coordinating internal and external events

Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and presentations

Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems

Capture and reconcile data for management reports

Sort, file, and cross-reference documentation

Process invoicing and keep expenditure records up to date

Monitor and manage office stationery and supplies

Welcome visitors and respond to phone calls and emails

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
