Position: Clerk – Branch Administrator
The Branch Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations and exceptional client service. This position suits someone who enjoys working in an administrative environment, interacting with people, and managing multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
More than an administrative role, this position is about creating an organised, welcoming branch where clients feel supported. As the first point of contact, the Branch Administrator contributes directly to the daily success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities

Welcoming clients and visitors at reception

Typing and preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents

Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

Operating the switchboard and handling incoming calls

Assisting clients with enquiries and delivering excellent customer service

Capturing data and scanning important documentation

Performing general office administration and supporting colleagues

Managing petty cash and maintaining accurate financial records
Minimum Requirements

Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric)

Experience: 1–2 years of office administration experience (advantageous)

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
